Did you change anything in the Google spreadsheet? If so, what? Has your view of the schools you chose to research changed from the first week you looked at them? If so, how?
Looking back at the spreadsheet, I think my original placements were accurate based on the information I could find. This week we have been discussing student-student interaction and also the value of online discussions. Based on my experience, I basically assumed that all students would incorporate online discussions, but I forget that this is probably not the case for all online courses or online schools. Even though some school websites did not state that their students will be posting on discussion forums, it seems like it should be the most commonly used tool.
I realize that I need to take a closer look at the actual curriculums. It would be valuable to view an actual course in progress and see how the students are communicating and progressing.
